THE PROVINCIAL COUNCIL OF HUESCA 

The building of this council was built in the mid-1980s on the ruins of an ancient Franciscan convent of which traces remain open to the public in the basement room.

On the ceiling of one of the rooms inside is a large mural covering some 200 square metres, entitled Elegy which was painted in 1987 by the artist Antonio Saura.
