  WHO WE ARE ?
THE TOURISM BOARD

The Tourism Board is run by Huesca City Council. Its main aims are to promote and develop tourism in the city of Huesca and the surrounding area.
The governing body is composed of the president and nine members of Huesca City Council. Likewise, the Chamber of Commerce, the Incorporated Municipalities, the Hotels and Accommodation companies, the Association of Active Tourism Enterprises, Huesca Retailers’ Association, the University School of Business Studies and the San Lorenzo School of Catering and Tourism each have a representative in the Governing Body.

THE TOURIST INFORMATION CENTRE

Huesca Tourist Information Centre opened to the public on 19th June 1999. It is currently situated in the Plaza Luis López Allué. Although it is a municipal office, Huesca Tourist Information Centre has tourist information about Huesca province, Aragon and the rest of Spain. It has up-to-date information about the most important and popular tourist destinations in Europe and the world. It also provides information about guided visits and the Tourist Bus.

The Centre is open seven days a week from 9am to 2pm and from 4pm to 8pm, and in summer from 9am to 8pm.

Three languages are spoken - Spanish, English and French. An average of a hundred thousand enquiries are dealt a year, either in person, by post, telephone, fax or e-mail. During the summer, there is another Tourist Information Point in the Plaza de Navarra; both the Tourism Information Centre and the Tourism Information Point can provide information about guided visits and the Tourist Bus.
